Identity-making: The process of building communal narratives
by Ms Arun Storrs, Visual Artist / USA
Arun’s work is a hybrid of movement, theatre, and visual and sculptural forms. She seeks to build empathy between the performers and the audience, integrating their subjectivity within layers of the work, creating performances that change those who experience it. She uses these contemporary forms of storytelling to bring focus to social justice.
Viewers will be given a presentation overview of the artist’s work, and this will be followed by an interaction session.
Please join us for this wonderful afternoon meetup/ Art Talk. We look forward to having a good discussion.
